Quality & certificates

Quality control and documentation

For commodity chemicals, quality means the shipment matches the agreed specification — and the paperwork proves it. That is what we control.

Process

From specification to certificate of analysis

1. Specification agreed in writing

Before order, the grade, purity, impurity limits and packing are confirmed in the TDS so there is a single reference for both sides.

2. Batch analysis

The batch is tested against the agreed specification and the results are issued as a certificate of analysis with the shipment.

3. Document control

Invoice, packing list, bill of lading, COA, TDS and SDS are prepared to match the shipment and the destination's requirements.

Certificates

Available on request

  • Certificate of analysis (per batch)
  • Technical data sheet (TDS)
  • Safety data sheet (SDS), GHS 16-section format
  • Export licence and registration documents
  • Management-system and third-party certificates, where held

We do not display certificate scans as marketing material. Ask for what you need and we will provide the current documents for the product you are buying.

Handling

Product-specific safety

  • Hazard and transport classification taken from the SDS, section 14
  • Packing specified to the material and the destination
  • Storage and shelf-life guidance issued with the TDS
  • Documentation checked against destination requirements before dispatch

Transport classification can affect booking, lead time and cost — for any product whose SDS indicates dangerous goods, we confirm this before quoting.
